I look forward to sharing my 30+ years of experience in the healing arts with you. My path has been one of curiosity, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom.
I began my professional journey in 1995 as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, drawn to the profound ways touch and energy can restore balance and harmony. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how the body carries not only physical tension, but also emotional and energetic imprints of our life experiences. This awareness has shaped the heart of my work — helping people release what no longer serves them and rediscover their natural state of ease and vitality.
In 2007, my love of movement and anatomy led me to become a Registered Yoga Instructor. Teaching yoga opened a new doorway for integrating mindful movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness into healing practices. After spending five years as a Massage Therapy Instructor, I now serve as a Yoga Teacher Instructor, where I have the joy of guiding future teachers and sharing my passion for anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. I believe that understanding how the body moves — and how emotion and energy move through it — empowers us to heal from within.
As an experienced prenatal Massage Therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women through the powerful transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum life. My dedication to this sacred work inspired me to become a Certified Doula in 2000, expanding my ability to hold space for mothers and families through one of life’s most profound journeys.
As an Acupuncture Detox Specialist, i use targeted acupuncture techniques to support natural detoxification, reduce stress, and restore balance to the body and mind.
In addition to bodywork and movement, I am also a Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist. This approach recognizes the intricate relationship between body, mind, and emotion. In every session, I bring empathy, sensitivity, and a grounded presence, helping clients gently explore and release stored trauma that can manifest as pain, anxiety, or chronic tension. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where healing can unfold naturally — through awareness, movement, breath, and compassionate connection.
Over three decades, I’ve learned that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. It’s a partnership, an exploration, and often a rediscovery of the body’s innate intelligence. I’m endlessly inspired by how small shifts in movement, mindful breath, or therapeutic touch can create profound transformation — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
Whether in private sessions, classes, workshops or teacher trainings, I approach each interaction as an opportunity to listen, learn, and co-create healing with those I serve. I love blending the art and science of the healing arts — combining the intuitive with the anatomical, the spiritual with the practical.
If you’re interested in 1:1 mentorship, speaking engagements, podcast collaborations, or private retreat experiences, please reach out to sage@sagelotushealing.com. I would be honored to connect and explore how we might work together to support your journey toward deeper embodiment, ease, and self-discovery.

“Went here for the first time for a prenatal massage with Stephanie and had a great experience! It was very relaxing and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about pregnancy and was super welcoming. Thank you !”— Marissa
“I would highly recommend this business to anyone. I have had two massages so far, one being last year with Jessica and one recently with Christine. I have back issues due to a bulged disc, childbirth, etc. When I went to Jessica I was 9 months postpartum and still really delicate physically and emotionally. I had a really hard day that day and entered the session really emotional. Jessica helped me feel safe and cared for. She focused on my problem areas and I left feeling really relaxed and calm. This year, I am definitely out of the fog, but now dealing with issues with my back. Christine was thorough, kind, and accommodating. Perfect medium pressure. I am still glowing from the pain relief.”- Meridith
