I look forward to sharing my 30 years of experience in the healing arts with you. My path has been one of curiosity, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom.
I began my professional journey in 1995 as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, drawn to the profound ways touch and energy can restore balance and harmony. Over the years, I’ve witnessed how the body carries not only physical tension, but also emotional and energetic imprints of our life experiences. This awareness has shaped the heart of my work — helping people release what no longer serves them and rediscover their natural state of ease and vitality.
In 2007, my love of movement and anatomy led me to become a Registered Yoga Instructor. Teaching yoga opened a new doorway for integrating mindful movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness into healing practices. After spending five years as a Massage Therapy Instructor, I now serve as a Yoga Teacher Instructor, where I have the joy of guiding future teachers and sharing my passion for anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. I believe that understanding how the body moves — and how emotion and energy move through it — empowers us to heal from within.
As an experienced prenatal Massage Therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women through the powerful transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum life. My dedication to this sacred work inspired me to become a Certified Doula in 2000, expanding my ability to hold space for mothers and families through one of life’s most profound journeys.
In addition to bodywork and movement, I am also a Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist. This approach recognizes the intricate relationship between body, mind, and emotion. In every session, I bring empathy, sensitivity, and a grounded presence, helping clients gently explore and release stored trauma that can manifest as pain, anxiety, or chronic tension. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where healing can unfold naturally — through awareness, movement, breath, and compassionate connection.
Over three decades, I’ve learned that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. It’s a partnership, an exploration, and often a rediscovery of the body’s innate intelligence. I’m endlessly inspired by how small shifts in movement, mindful breath, or therapeutic touch can create profound transformation — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
Whether in private sessions, classes, workshops or teacher trainings, I approach each interaction as an opportunity to listen, learn, and co-create healing with those I serve. I love blending the art and science of the healing arts — combining the intuitive with the anatomical, the spiritual with the practical.
If you’re interested in 1:1 mentorship, speaking engagements, podcast collaborations, or private retreat experiences, please reach out to sage@sagelotushealing.com. I would be honored to connect and explore how we might work together to support your journey toward deeper embodiment, ease, and self-discovery.

With over 17 years of experience and more than 1,300 hours of advanced training, Cari brings a depth of knowledge, intuition, and skill to every massage session. Her training includes a wide variety of modalities, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Passive Stretching, Myofascial Release, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, and the Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage.
Cari has had the privilege of working hands-on with clients from all walks of life — from teenagers and athletes to expectant mothers, busy professionals, older adults, and individuals living with chronic illness or pain. This diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of how lifestyle, stress, and physical patterns affect the body — and how massage can play a transformative role in restoring balance and wellbeing.
Every session with Cari is thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and preferences. She takes time to listen and assess before integrating a unique combination of techniques to address acute and chronic pain, limited range of motion, muscle tension, edema, stress, mental fatigue, and overall body imbalance. Whether your intention is relaxation, rehabilitation, or renewal, Cari creates a safe and supportive environment that allows your body to unwind and heal naturally.
As an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), Cari remains committed to ongoing education, professional excellence, and ethical practice. Brittney is a 2020 graduate of the Phoenix College Therapeutic Massage Program in Arizona. From the very beginning of her journey, she has been passionate about the body’s natural ability to heal when given the right support and care.

Meagan completed the Massage Therapy program at the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, New Hampshire. From the very beginning, she was drawn to massage therapy for its ability to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. She believes that the benefits of massage can make a meaningful difference in every person’s life, whether it’s easing chronic tension, supporting recovery, or simply offering a moment of calm in a busy world.
Meagan takes great pride in helping people feel their best and approaches each session with care and attention to her clients’ individual needs. Her goal is to create a welcoming, relaxing space where clients can unwind, recharge, and reconnect with their bodies.
Outside of her hands-on work, Meagan loves to empower her clients with simple self-care tools to enhance their results—encouraging stretching, hydration, and mindfulness between sessions. “This place is amazing! I moved to the area 1 year ago and desperately needed to find a new massage therapist's office. I went for a prenatal appointment toward the end of my pregnancy and it was wonderful and really helped me relax my joints! I started seeing Jessica for regular massages (post-natal/during COVID) and felt so taken care of, safe, sanitary, relaxed, and all of my needs/pains were heard and addressed.”
